Checkatrade says you are assigned a key and secret pair for the affiliate job service. Start from the Affiliate API getting started guide and follow your Checkatrade onboarding/contact path to obtain credentials for your application. Use the assigned key as keyId and the shared secret to generate an HMAC signature as described in the HMAC Authentication guide. Staging and production use different API keys.
