Sign up or log in at the Blockscout Dev Portal via Get started / Log in, then create or copy your PRO API key there. Blockscout’s docs say the PRO API uses one API key across supported chains, and that older MyAccount / chain-specific keys are deprecated in favor of a new key from the dev portal.
