Authorization: Bearer <credential>

Sign in to Bike Index, then go to OAuth Applications and add an application. The API docs state to create an application there and use the resulting OAuth2 access token for requests that need authorization. Use the authorization flow for long-lived access with refresh tokens; some endpoints also require specific scopes such as write_organizations.
