Create a free BigDataCloud account from Sign up. After registration, find the key in the dashboard under Account → Credentials as described in Authentication. The knowledge-base article Getting Started with BigDataCloud's Premium APIs says the key is visible immediately after registration and may take up to 10 minutes to propagate globally before it starts working everywhere.
