For server-to-server or local development, follow Google Cloud's Authenticate for using REST guide to obtain an OAuth 2.0 access token, or use Application Default Credentials. The BeyondCorp API methods require the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform scope as shown in method docs. For CLI use, the easiest path is to run `gcloud auth login` for a user account or `gcloud auth activate-service-account` for a service account.
