Log in to beehiiv, then go to Create an API Key. In the app, open Settings → API under Workspace Settings, click Create New API Key, and copy the key before leaving the page because it will not be shown again. You can optionally restrict the key to specific publications.
For OAuth client registration, beehiiv's docs say to contact beehiiv Support. Register an OAuth application to obtain a client_id and, for confidential clients, a client_secret, and configure your redirect_uri. Then send users to https://app.beehiiv.com/oauth/authorize and exchange the returned code at https://app.beehiiv.com/oauth/token per the OAuth2 guide.
