Public BBC developer pages for Radio & Music Services show requests using the X-API-Key header, but the self-service issuance flow is not publicly documented. The current BBC Developer Portal says access is only available to registered BBC employees, so external developers do not have a documented public path to mint this key.

The Radio & Music Services OpenAPI includes an Authorization: Bearer ... header for some endpoints and an X-Authentication-Provider header with default idv5, but the public token issuance flow is not documented. The current BBC Developer Portal is restricted to registered BBC employees, so there is no public self-service guide for obtaining this bearer token.
