Use Google Cloud credentials that have access to Artifact Registry, then mint a short-lived access token. The easiest path in the docs is to install the Google Cloud CLI and run gcloud auth print-access-token; the Artifact Registry auth guide says this token is valid for 60 minutes and is used to authenticate to Artifact Registry.
