Create an API key in GraphOS Studio under the API key management pages described in API Keys. For local development, use a personal API key; for CI or system integrations, use a graph or subgraph API key. Rover can also guide local setup with rover config auth, which prompts you to obtain a key and stores it in a Rover profile.
