Use a Google Cloud account with the Apigee Registry API enabled for your project. The easiest path is to install the Google Cloud CLI, then run `gcloud auth login` for a user token or `gcloud auth application-default login` for application default credentials. For service-to-service use, create a service account in the Google Cloud Console, grant Apigee Registry permissions, and obtain an OAuth 2.0 access token via Google Cloud Application Default Credentials.
