Credentials
Install the AWS CLI and sign in with Setting up the AWS MCP Server. The easiest path is to run aws login, which obtains short-lived AWS credentials that auto-rotate; verify with aws sts get-caller-identity. Other AWS-issued credential methods are also supported through the normal AWS CLI credential chain, as noted in Sign in with the AWS CLI.
