androidpublisher.googleapis.com is the Google Play Developer API endpoint used to manage Play Console resources such as app releases, store listings, subscriptions, in-app products, purchases, and reviews. It is part of Google Play’s developer tooling for publishing and operating Android apps.
Google Play exposes one authenticated REST API at androidpublisher.googleapis.com for Play app publishing, subscriptions, in-app purchases, reviews, and related management tasks; it accepts Google OAuth 2.0 bearer tokens from either a service account or an OAuth client.

Create or choose a Google Cloud project, then enable the API from the Google Play Developer API page. In Service Accounts, create a service account. In Google Play Console Users & Permissions, invite that service account email and grant the needed Play Console permissions. Use the service account to obtain OAuth 2.0 access tokens for the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/androidpublisher scope as described in Getting Started.
Create or choose a Google Cloud project, enable the API from the Google Play Developer API page, then configure branding on the OAuth consent screen. In Credentials, create an OAuth client ID. Authorize for scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/androidpublisher, then obtain and refresh bearer tokens as described in Getting Started and Authorization.
