Google Play EMM API is Google’s legacy Android Enterprise interface for enterprise mobility management solutions to manage apps, users, devices, and managed Google Play workflows. Google no longer accepts new registrations for Play EMM API integrations, but existing validated EMMs continue to be supported.
androidenterprise.googleapis.com exposes one documented HTTP API: the Google Play EMM API; no GraphQL, MCP server, or CLI surfaced from public docs.

Create an OAuth 2.0 client in Google Cloud Console Credentials, then obtain a user access token for the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/androidenterprise scope as described in Authorize requests. Existing EMMs also need participation in the EMM community; Google states it no longer accepts new registrations for the Play EMM API.
Create an API key in Google Cloud Console Credentials. The API discovery document for this service says the key query parameter is accepted and is required unless you provide an OAuth 2.0 token. Note that individual methods in the discovery document also declare the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/androidenterprise scope, so practical access may still depend on being an existing registered EMM.
