Android Device Provisioning is Google's zero-touch enrollment service for Android devices. It lets resellers, enterprise customers, and EMM providers manage enrollment accounts, device claims, and provisioning configurations programmatically.
Google's Android Device Provisioning service exposes one REST API at https://androiddeviceprovisioning.googleapis.com/ for zero-touch enrollment, documented as reseller and customer views, authenticated with either Google OAuth user tokens (customer API) or linked Google service accounts.

In Google Cloud Console Credentials, create an OAuth client ID in a project where the Android Device Provisioning Partner API is enabled. Your app then obtains a Google user access token for the zero-touch customer API on behalf of an IT admin user in a customer account, following the guidance in Customer API OAuth authorization.
Create a service account in Google Cloud Console, generate a JSON key, enable the Android Device Provisioning Partner API for that project, and link the service account to your organization's zero-touch enrollment account as described in Reseller API authorization or Customer API service accounts. Use the JSON key to obtain Google OAuth access tokens for API calls.
