Sign in to the Agenta cloud app at cloud.agenta.ai. In the app settings, open the API Keys page, click Create New API Key, and copy the generated key. The observability quickstart says to set it as AGENTA_API_KEY; for self-hosted deployments, also set AGENTA_HOST to your instance URL such as https://cloud.agenta.ai.
