Create an account via FreeDNS signup, then create a DNS record in Subdomains or your own domain in Domains. Go to Dynamic DNS, copy the Direct URL, and extract the update key from the part after the ?. The router guide says a unique update key is automatically created for each record and that changing your password or deleting/recreating the DNS record changes the key.
