In the Google Cloud Console credentials page, create an OAuth 2.0 Client ID for your project, then enable the AdSense Host API for that project in the API library. Request the AdSense Host scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adsensehost during user authorization. Google API client libraries can handle the OAuth flow for you.
