To obtain an API key for the Guest Experience platform, contact your assigned accesso Client Engagement Manager as instructed in the developer home page and API reference overview. accesso says the manager provides the key and token-generation instructions.

For system-to-system access, ask your assigned Client Engagement Manager to create a service account as described in OAuth2 service tokens. accesso issues a client_id and an RSA keypair; you keep the private key and use it to sign a JWT client assertion for the client_credentials flow against https://api.{region}.te2.io/oauth2/token. The private key is only available when the account is created, so store it securely.
